During a 2-hour session at your home, we look at all of your technology and how you use it, and we ask you a lot of questions. We'll organize this information and include it in your Success Plan.
We do a 45-minute video call to walk you through your Success Plan. The Success Plan is a plain-English explanation of what's working well, key decisions, and a prioritized list of improvements.
With a plan in place, problems can be solved efficiently and in a lasting way. Also, if you get help from a child, grandchild, or other IT professional, the Success Plan helps all of us to coordinate.
Stephanie Soto is a software engineer with expertise across Apple, PC, Android, and smart-home platforms. Previously, Stephanie served in Army intelligence and developed enterprise level software.
Benjamin E. Taxy is an Apple Certified Support Professional. He is the technical advisor for the Highland Park Senior Center. Previously, Ben wrote for network TV and graduated from Harvard University.
